They do have an internally hosted exchange server that can send and receive email without issue.Ĩ. tried to access the webmail for the pop accounts.can get to the log in page, but continue to get log in incorrect.however when tested from outside i can log in just fine using same username and password.ħ. yes i have changed the password and verified it works from outside the network.Ħ. still getting enter password when trying to connect.ĥ. this lead me to think there was a firewall issue on the clients.Ĥ. can log into pop account from the main server in the network with no issue, just not from any clients. can log into the mail server using telnet. I made changes to the internal dns to make sure they were pointed to the correct new ip. My customer's external email provider changed servers and IPs.
